Consul is a non-testing permission. Consuls have the right to remove bureaucrats (bureaucrat's can only assign). You can request being consul on the community portal, where you will get chosen per consensus (not like administrator or bureaucrat). A consul can be demoted only by a steward.

Currently the two consuls are : NDKilla and Reception123
