 Done but note that it was mostly granted for testing. TestWiki doesn't really get much vandalism (a lot of stuff that would be considered vandalism else where might be acceptable here. Also, TestWiki doesn't really need a lot of pages. Totally irrelevant pages might be deleted, as we don't need a lot to test on.
