Hi Anton...it's great that you are reminding users to clean up after their tests, in addition to cleaning up after them; however, please note that we don't have to be so strict as to require deletion of templates or modules immediately or even within a short time frame, as you did with your reminder to Lily at her user talk page. Instead, we can periodically prune unused modules and templates once or twice a year. Hope that helps.
