59.52.8.218 Okay, that's great. I've looked into this a bit further, and it looks like this was just a problem with the captcha not loading for you. In cases like this, any user can create an account for you, with the temporary password sent to your provided e-mail address. The account will exist locally only on this wiki until such as time as the requesting user logs in, at which point it'll become a Miraheze global account.
