Inactivity

I noticed the warnings you gave a few users regarding their inactivity. Thanks for helping out, and my interpretation of this may be wrong, but as per TestWiki:Inactivity, only consuls should remove these rights. This may be a procedural thing simply because bureaucrats are not able to remove the bureaucrat flag once granted, but there may be more to it. --sunset (talk) 08:34, 6 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
