If you feel we need a local policy on multiple accounts as a ''supplement'' to that global policy, I'd certainly be open to that. It's in the deleted contributions of [[TestWiki:Sock puppetry]], which you can restore and move to a subpage of your userspace while you incubate the proposed policy, if you wish.
