@Cactus754: While @BlackWidowMovie0: should not have moved TestWiki:Sock puppetry to User:Cactus754/Sock puppetry in breach of his editing restriction, I agree in principle in the sense that your good-faith draft policy page was (a) a sub-stub and (b) largely redundant to user accounts policy, a global policy, which applies to all wikis. If you feel we need a local policy on multiple accounts as a supplement to that global policy, I'd certainly be open to that. It's in the deleted contributions of TestWiki:Sock puppetry, which you can restore and move to a subpage of your userspace while you incubate the proposed policy, if you wish.
