According to the inactivity policy, users with more than six months of inactivity (no edits or logs) will lose their sysop and/or bureaucrat flags. There are some users that are exempted from this rule, and are listed here.
The users listed below have been inactive for more than three months. If they have edits after requesting permissions and they don't edit for 6 months, their rights will be removed.
