@Void: Can you please revoke bureaucrat rights from this user. They tested on a page which is in Category:Non-test pages. The testing policy clearly states 'Pages that should not be tested on are placed in the non-test category. As the name suggests, please don't test on these pages.' They have done that here and rollbacked a consul's edit here which is an inappropriate use of rollback. This user is also currently blocked on Meta and I don't think they can be with bureaucrat privileges. Pkbwcgs (talk) 07:50, 3 September 2018 (UTC)

The block on Meta is for that you did test editing, test editing should only be made at the sandbox if a sandbox exist, otherwise should tests be made here. if you continue abusing your tools or rollbacking staff edits, as you did on the policy page, we must revoke your rights and/or block you. You may earn the bureaucrat privilege back if you demonstrate that you can be trusted by the community as it says at TestWiki:Bureaucrats and this means do not rollback edits from consuls and test on pages that are in Category:Non-test pages. After a few weeks, you can request this right back and me or another bureaucrat or consul will assess if you deserve this right back. Until then, there are lots of things you can do with the administrator tool. Pkbwcgs (talk) 15:30, 3 September 2018 (UTC)
You can get your bureaucrat tool back when you are trusted, and if you continuing to not following your rules and so, you won't get back your tool. Keep using your administrator tools and so, and if you not doing bad things or so, and if you are trusted by the community, i will give the tool again.
