Two TestWiki bureaucrats acting in good-faith. Morale of the story is that it is okay to remove duplicative user groups, but best practice is to wait at least a week (perhaps even two weeks or longer). Additionally, where a bureaucrat has removed rights prematurely in good-faith, there is no need to re-add the rights, either.
