Thank you for creating the draft article for Jhonleo Hilario. While users can create, really, anything here as this is a giant sandbox, I have moved it to your first sandbox as it creates confusion within Main namespace. If your concern for creating it in mainspace was that mainspace is indexed by search engines, unlike English Wikipedia and other Wikimedia-owned wikis, Public Test Wiki's userspace is indexed by search engines by default. Users need to add the __NOFOLLOW__ magic word on any of their userspace pages they created should they wish that they not be indexed.

I'm guessing this is a draft article for one of your wikis that you have either already created or are planning to create, to make it easy to export over to the other wiki. This is great. It's just that it makes more sense in your userspace. I have moved it to User:Phillipineswiki/sandbox, updating the __DEFAULTSORT__ magic word. You can create as many sandboxes as you like, just go to Special:MyPage/sandbox, replacing sandbox with sandbox2 or other name of your new sandbox.
