Creating user pages for other users on TestWiki

Hi SHEKH,

While I realize your creating local user pages for Bonnedav and User:Naleksuh was made in good-faith and I realize that they we don't have a specific policy against this, this falls into the realm of common sense and, broadly and indirectly, into TestWiki:Main policy and TestWiki:Testing policy, which state that you should test only on pages marked as special test pages and ask for clarification from a Consul or the community at TestWiki:Community portal where you are unsure. As your user page creations were made in good-faith, I'm providing you only a firm warning not to do this again, to review TestWiki:Policies, and to reply here that you understand that bureaucrats are still a testing right and should only engage in non-test administrator actions that a Consul would where they are 100% sure their action would be approved of a Consul.
