User rights

Hi Zppix. I am just wondering why you took away my bureaucrat role here. I know I haven't always reverted all my tests but I feel that I have been responsible with the bureaucrat permission. Bugambilia (talk) 20:39, 20 April 2020 (UTC)

@Bugambilia: Frankly, you shouldnt of been given it to begin with. I have had multiple users with concerns of your use of majority of your rights. Furthermore, as a consul I do not believe you have shown enough responsibility to have said user rights. If you wish to appeal you may do so by letting me or another consul know and we as consuls will discuss. I also want you to know I’m not doing this based upon my own feelings, but my opinion as a Consul, a trusted volunteer of the global community, and as a CVT member. I am not trying to be a jerk here, but you have had your rights removed multiple times and you will probably need to wait more than a few days before getting your 'crat rights back. My advice is revert your tests, listen to people when they ask you to do or don't do something, and use your rights responsibly. If you do that for maybe a month or so, then I am sure that the community will trust you again. If you have any questions about how we do things around here please don't be afraid to ask. Marking revisions as patrolled is a good practice and, personally, it's something I try and do before handling requests. However, as @Zppix: noted, it isn't specifically required of Consuls or Bureaucrats. Hope that clarifies. Dmehus (talk) 15:35, 5 November 2020 (UTC)

RfP

Hi Zppix, when approving requests for RfP, please do your best to use {{AdminAcceptRfP}} and {{BureaucratAcceptRfP}}. These templates are on the wiki for a reason, so could you please do your best to use them when approving requests? Thanks! User:BrandonWM/signature 21:20, 6 November 2020 (UTC)

@BlackWidowMovie0: I realize your note to @Zppix: regarding {{AdminAcceptRfP}} and {{BureaucratAcceptRfP}} was made in good-faith, but I would just note that they are completely optional and not required to be used when granting rights. I personally find them useful, mainly since they use the typical wording of my replies, but I do suspect most bureaucrats and consuls probably will not use them. Hope that helps. I specifically told you I would do it once 72 hours were up. Considering you misused your permissions to extend a temporary userright I had given you on a trial basis without any discussion or otherwise. Due to this, I do not believe you meet the requirements of being a bureaucrat because of trust issues within the TestWiki community, and the inability to comply with a restriction placed on you by a consul (myself). No one extended my rights so I extended my it was going to expiring so I extended that was my intention my intention was not to misuse and please I don't dam care what other think so I did it because I think i am doing wright but sorry I am wrong and I don't care what did you think why did it so and you are not extending my Bureaucrat rights as you tell me that you will did seeing in one way you tell me you will extend but did not extend in time you should see you mistake also not others only and this can be done from you also so it is not necessary to give long speech I also know what I have done so you don't need to tell me long way you can also do mistake Thank you.Nexovia (talk) 02:36, 3 July 2023 (UTC)
