Following discussions with Reception123, as Consul and Agent Isai as a regular TestWiki community, I am unblocking you on TestWiki for several reasons. Firstly, you self-reported, within ten (10) minutes, your alternate account creation, which you were only able to create to the expiration of a soft rangeblock which has since been corrected. That single act demonstrates your capacity for changed behaviour. While you're making slow progress, you are making progress, and your CVT vandalism and user reports on Miraheze and Test Wiki have been among the most helpful. Secondarily, your technical block evasion was for a self-requested block. Finally, you have seemed to have improved on the racist or racially insensitive edit/log summaries, though further improvement on the gibberish edits is needed. Still, on that last point, and this was always part of my plan to see have a user governor abuse filter to help guide you to constructive editing, you just needed a stricter local abuse filter. Reception123 does feel there needs to be some sort of (short) restriction or sanction, so I've asked Chrs to temporarily restrict your editing to pages listed at :Category:Special test pages or which are subpages of either (a) your ApexAgunomu main account's userspace or (b) your ApexTest test account's userspace. For greater clarity, you can use either account to edit in the other's userspace. Lastly, I would just ask that local administrators/bureaucrats not perform non-test blocks on you; however, they are empowered to add minor enhancements to your abuse filter. Also, the stricter abuse filter changes will be in place through between June 1st or June 5th, after which we'll assess your request for administrator and/or bureaucrat permissions. TestWiki:Bureaucrats

Hello,

You was told that you need to stop editing or any other actions on non-tests page, so I asking you to stop that again. Don't do any actions on any non-tests page like you did on TestWiki:Bureaucrats.

Thanks,

PS: As alawys, don't bypass your filter (eg. TestWiki:Autoconfirmed users). HeartsDo (talk) 16:37, 28 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Note that this edit adding profanity categories that is unrelated to the non-test page may be considered vandalism. If you continue such actions, you may lead to a block made by consuls, thanks. --Matttest (talk) 00:26, 29 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Sorry, I will be more careful of my actions here. ApexAgunomu (My changes here | Drop me a line) 00:34, 29 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Please don't do test actions on non-test pages again like Template:RP/doc. Your move causes unnecessary redirects to the page and have just been deleted. If you cannot distinguish between non-test pages and test pages, please only test on pages that are on Category:Special test pages. Thank you. --Matttest (talk) 03:02, 29 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Request reason:

Hello @MacFan4000: I see you blocked me for a month due to my continuing to edit non-test pages. I should have heeded the warnings I got, and I promise to start listening to the messages I get regarding my actions. Can I please be unblocked? I won't edit or otherwise do anything with non-test pages (also a month seems rather long for this offense). ApexAgunomu (My changes here / Drop me a line) 12:56, 29 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Decline reason:

Non-consul and non-blocking admin comment: You were warned numerous times by asking you to stop your disruptive edits, so I don't see a reason to unblock you. Any consul can review this again, but she/he is encouraged to initiate a discussion with all involved parties (consuls (and active patrollers (aka. active sysop) if possible)). Otherwise, you have to wait 1 month for the block to expired. Thanks, HeartsDo (talk) 14:49, 29 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Consul note: I am endorsing the decision to block and leave it in place. Far too many warnings have been given and the disruption just does not stop. This block is NOT to be removed without consulting at least one other consul and one other non-consul sysop whoever you are and you should give time for anyone to respond. @ApexAgunomu: you are going to risk being community banned soon. Please be careful. RhinosF1 (talk) 15:10, 29 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Message to other non-consul sysops: Please don't change the block or unblock under any circumstance, ask before use your tools! — — Preceding unsigned comment added by HeartsDo (talkcontribs)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the unblock template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired.

@RhinosF1: I just have one last question. When my block expires, will I still be able to regain administrator and bureaucrat here? And I guess I do need to take a longer break and really think about my behavior here, so I'll wait for the block to expire on its own. ApexAgunomu (My changes here | Drop me a line) 15:16, 29 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Probably not immediately RhinosF1 (talk) 15:35, 29 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@ApexAgunomu: Sorry, but it may be a good idea to block of testwiki.wiki and thetestwiki.org for 1 month. AlPaD (talk) 18:01, 29 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I'm not sure I agree with extending this block to the other test wikis. At least not right now. ApexAgunomu (My changes here | Drop me a line) 18:09, 29 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
OK, I just hope you stop abusive comments and testing on Non-test pages. AlPaD (talk) 18:35, 29 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Request reason:

I accept that I was being disruptive by continuing to edit on non-test pages and that I deserve a short block for that. However, I feel that one month is a bit too long. Can my block please be reduced to a week or two instead? I promise to not test on any non-test pages here or use any bad words here. Thank you. Decline reason:

Declined per the reasons already stated above. MacFan4000 (Talk Contribs) 02:19, 30 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Unblock accepted

Following discussions with Reception123, as Consul and Agent Isai as a regular TestWiki community member, I am unblocking you on TestWiki for several reasons. Reception123 does feel there needs to be some sort of (short) restriction or sanction, so I've asked Chrs to temporarily restrict your editing to pages listed at Category:Special test pages or which are subpages of either (a) your ApexAgunomu main account's userspace or (b) your ApexTest test account's userspace. Chrs, please confirm, by way of a reply, when the abuse filter has been updated. Thank you. Dmehus (talk) 06:28, 25 May 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
