Sakura emad, this is a good-faith request; however, I'm going to mark this as not done as unneeded, as any administrator can edit in MediaWiki: namespace (i.e., interface messages as only the editinterface user right is required). Interface administrator is required only to edit CSS/JS pages, but we'd need to see some sense of competency in order to grant that. If you're still unable to edit in MediaWiki namespace, please share the exact error message received, as well as the page you're trying to edit so we can attempt to reproduce.
