Sakura emad, this is a good-faith request; however, I'm going to mark this as not done as unneeded, as any administrator can edit in MediaWiki: namespace (i.e., interface messages as only the editinterface user right is required). Interface administrator is required only to edit CSS/JS pages, but we'd need to see some sense of competency in order to grant that. If you're still unable to edit in MediaWiki namespace, please share the exact error message received, as well as the page you're trying to edit so we can attempt to reproduce. You are making improvements, albeit it's a one step forward and three-quarters of a step backward each time. My issue is mainly the problematic deletions of translation subpages. AbuseFilter is guiding your inappropriate edit summaries fairly well. Ordinarily, I'd not be fussed with this being a few days early, but given the minor recidivism, I'm inclined to give it a few extra days. I would, however, be inclined to grant you rollbacker, based on your productive counter-vandalism work on Test Wiki. However, we don't have a rollbacker group anymore.
