TestWiki:Bureaucrats

Bureaucrat is a testing permission that allows users to add administrator and bot permissions to other accounts. Please note that obtaining bureaucrat is not that easy as it can grant administrator permissions. To obtain bureaucrat you must be trusted by the community, be registered for at least 24 hours, and have more than 10 edits. Bureaucrats have the ability to:

Disable global blocks locally (globalblock-whitelist)
Edit pages protected as "Allow only bureaucrats" (bureaucrat)
Edit the user interface (editinterface)
Mass delete pages (nuke)
Not be affected by rate limits (noratelimit)
Override the spoofing checks (override-antispoof)
Send a message to multiple users at once (massmessage)
Add groups: Bots, Administrators, Bureaucrats, Testgroup and Interface administrators
Remove groups: Bots, Administrators, Testgroup and Interface administrators
Remove group from own account: Bureaucrats
